There are two apartments sized 60 mq, and two sized 80 mq. All of them have double room and a twin room; two of the twin rooms have bunk bed.
Every apartment have:

cooking side provided with duch coffee machine, toaster, water kettle;
independent heating

divan bed
private bathroom with shower
balcony or terrace;
car place;
Common facilities:
Outdoor swimming pool, encircled by olive trees open from May.
Barbecue.
All prices include final cleaning, power consumption, bikes storage and motorcycle garage.

The tourist tax is not included in the prices and must be paid directly at the Residence.
Services not included:
- caution money 100,00 euro
- you’ll pay you real use of Gas, water and heating
- 20,00 euro/week every pet
- 5,00 euro/person for every change of towels
- 8,00 euro/ person for every change of bed linen
- Electric car charging station
Arrivals and departures only the Saturday.
